I’ve worked in the commercial real estate industry for about three years focusing on property marketing and company branding.
Working with Investment Advisors and Sales Teams, I’ve completed over 100 requests for property marketing materials including custom postcards, flyers, proposals, and offering memorandums. I’ve also completed digital items such as social media images, videos, and email campaigns. During this time, I’ve completed 10+ press releases commercial property sales and have edited 5+ copies of brand-focused press releases for my Senior Marketing Manager.
While focusing on company branding, I’ve managed social media accounts and the content for those channels utilizing InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva design tools and Sprout Social scheduling platform. Additional content I’ve created for the brand include newsletters made using MailChimp and the full production of a podcast series edited and published through iMovie and Anchor FM.
My collective experience within the commercial real estate industry allowed me the distinctive honor to represent the company as the youngest Social Media/Marketing panelist for CAPRE’s Fourth Annual Northern California Apartment Summit. This experience allowed me to discuss active communications and social media trends for the industry.
Outside of content creation, I’ve led training workshops for over 50+ Agents and Staff for the on-boarding process. This experience provided insight to the process allowing me to work closely with the database team to refine and improve workflows in marketing procedures within Salesforce.
